- Any plot situate at 25 feet wide road will be charge 10% extra.
- Plot Cancellation charge 30% will be applicable all time.
- Booking amount will not refundable.
- Installment /EMI amount will be refund after 3 months of your application with proper reason.
- Registry charge payable by plot customer/purchaser.
- Any type of development charge will be charge at the time of development.
- Campus Boundary & Main Gate will develop by company.
- Any type of jurisdiction will be solved by Bihar Sharif.
