Return Policy

1. Booking Amount

• The booking amount paid at the time of reservation is strictly non-refundable.
• Booking is confirmed only after receipt of booking amount and issuance of confirmation by the company.

2. Plot Cancellation by Customer

• Plot cancellation is allowed at any time by submitting a written cancellation request.
• A 30% cancellation charge will be applicable on the total plot value.
• The booking amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Installment/EMI amounts paid (excluding booking amount) may be considered for refund after deduction of:
• 30% cancellation charges
• Any applicable administrative charges
• Any outstanding dues

3. Refund Process

• Refund of eligible installment/EMI amount will be processed within 90 days (3 months) from the date of receiving a proper written cancellation request stating valid reason.
• Refund will be made only through bank transfer or cheque in the name of the original applicant.
• No cash refunds will be made.

4. Non-Refundable Charges

The following amounts are non-refundable:

• Booking amount
• Stamp duty and registry charges
• Government taxes and statutory charges
• Documentation fees
• Development charges (if already utilized or applied)

5. Cancellation Due to Non-Payment

• If the customer fails to pay installments as per agreed schedule, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking.
• In such cases, refund (if applicable) will be processed after deduction of cancellation charges and other applicable dues.

6. Cancellation by Company

The company reserves the right to cancel a booking in case of:

• False or incomplete documentation
• Non-compliance with payment terms
• Legal or regulatory issues

In such cases, refund eligibility shall be determined after adjusting applicable charges.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from cancellation or refund shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bihar Sharif, Nalanda District, Bihar.
